I am a woman, a mom and a yogi.  

Yoga changed my life. I have been practicing yoga for years and know it to be the perfect balanced workout for mind and body.  It is the best therapy I have ever experienced. To me, my yoga mat is my magic carpet that takes me everywhere I want to go. 

Over the years, I was very lucky to have several amazing yoga teachers, who have influenced me and filled me with their amazing energy. I now believe that there is nothing that I cannot do.

Before yoga, I often found myself stressed about life. I worried about the past, about the future and about the issues presented as a mom for a special needs child. Yoga taught me to always be grateful with what I have; as well as the importance of living and thinking in the NOW.  Yoga has taught me that we have the power to change our reality, starting with our thoughts.

And what better place to do yoga than on the ocean? Having been a travel agent for 10 years (specializing in Cruises), I knew I had to bring two of my great passions together.  That is how YogAtSea was born. 

I am a mother of two beautiful daughters and a happy wife.   Family vacations are very important for my household, but it was always missing my “magic carpet” moments. With YogAtSea I was able to enjoy both worlds.  

Caring for my family is also my passion.  To do that to the best of my ability, nutrition and eating for a better life is another focus. To further that goal, I obtained a certificate from eCornell University as a plant-based coach.  I bring this knowledge and experience with me on our cruise together.

With YogAtSea, we can enjoy an amazing cruise with the right amount of yoga to keep us centered. Our cruise will give us the opportunity to enjoy early morning yoga sessions, time with family, outdoor workshops, and even beach yoga. With aqua class we have access to the Persian Garden Spa on board.  After this, we will have a nice dinner with family and friends, followed by showtime and finishing the night with sound healing meditation.

 

In the Bahamas, the excursion to the world famous Sivananda Ashram is an amazing treat. It includes a round-trip boat ride transfer, a tour of the ashram, a healthy plant-based brunch, a workshop, and free time on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Despite what looks like a full calendar, this is not the typical Yoga retreat. You are going to have a lot of free time to do whatever you want on the ship. 

This is truly the best of both worlds.
